Hello everyone, if you're still out there.

Hello again everyone, its been a while since I've been on here, but the following things have come to my attention:

1. No one ( or hardly anyone, i should say ) uses this forum anymore.

2. Hardly anyone even plays any of the MOH Heroes games anymore, due to the fact that they are extremely old.

3. The Medal of Honor series itself has become completely forgotten, due mostly to the fact that Call of Duty has recently been kicking everyone else's ass with modern warfare 2 (although the new MOH game being released in October could change this.)

So, I'm wondering what should be done with this forum, if people would be interested in using it again. All suggestions are welcome.

make a ftb3 section and a mw2 section

I've already sent a message with my ideas, but I'll repeat a short synopsis.


I think this site should be based on the MoHH series, as a kind of memorial to the community, but I think the site should expand into larger franchises such as CoD and Socom. Most people who play one have played the others.

Leave most of the sections on this site up, because it makes the forum not look dead.

We can create affilitations to use for advertisement, and we can spread across different games (since we all play different games now) to share the link.

I play Socom FTB3 now, so I could get us affiliations that would connect us to sites like AWL and SBC, along with the people who use those sites.
I know several of us play MW2, and that would lead to some CoD connections.
MoH should also be a supported series.

I just thought of this. We could also organize a time where once a month we all get on MoHH. That would be pretty cool.


Anyways. I don't know how much it'll take to convince Anna to let us start building it up again.

I'm down with all of these ideas. I have work full time during the week now and i usually just pass out when i get home, so my appearances on here may be limited to the weekends, which doesn't give me much time to put a lot of work into the forum. However, Will seems the most enthusiastic about this at the moment so i will make him an administrator so he can put in as much work as he would like to. If more people start showing up, we can discuss this matter further.

The site first needs to be set up with a forum team that are trustworthy and won't abuse powers (basic). Have an odd number of admins, or just 2 Anna and Kezzy, so if the admins disagree on things there can be a vote. Then less mods than admins with a max 3 mods. A hidden forum with only admin, and if wanted mod access, to agree on things without basic member interference.

i agree. at the moment however, it looks as though will is the only active person who has been quite trustworthy in the past, which is why i have granted him admin status for the moment, in order to help bring the forum back together. once it is structured and more people come back, we can decided on who will remain in control of key decisions (in other words, the team will be decided.)

All these ideas were implemented on the site Sov, Ash, and I started when I left this site in January. I like them all.

I would be fine with not being an admin long-term, as long as things get done. I was fine not being staff before I quit.

I think this site might have a better chance than DF did. We have a better advertising scheme.
Not to mention we already have a pretty loyal userbase.
